Awaken: February 10th

This past week at a Awaken we had a great crowd. We began our service for the week with worship. We sang several songs and the Rev. Jim Chandler came to speak to us. Pastor Jim spoke to us on 1 Corinthians 10:23-24.

"We are allowed to do all things," but all things are not good for us to do. "We are allowed to do all things," but not all things help others grow strong. Do not look out only for yourselves. Look out for the good of others also.

Pastor Jim asked us to open up our hearts and minds for what God has for us in our ministry. After worship we had some sloppy joes and tots. Then a group of us went over to the CLC and we played some volleyball.



Next week Rev. Kyland Dobbins will be bringing the message. Invite a friend or two and bring some others. See you all soon!
